Q: What should I do to begin?
Send your artwork to phil,
and indicate in your email if:
- it is for screen printing or embroidery
- type of materials; tees, caps, fleece, polos, etc.
- desired size/locations designs (if known)
Q: What if I don't have artwork?
Contact us! Some orders do not require artwork such as plain text,
some can be done using stock clip art or designs, and some will require
work of a graphic artist. We can help in any event.
Q: How much will it cost?
Embroidery is priced by the number of stitches, and by the quantity
of garments being sewn. You can find our price list here.
We additionally supply apparel
and promotional products at discount prices.
Q: Rush Orders?
Based on availability of resources, we accept rush orders. If our workload
supports your rush order, these costs may be waived.

Q: Can I supply my own garments?
Yes -- although we sell garments at great prices, we do embroider customer
supplied garments. Just inform us prior to digitizing what material
types you will sew on. Additionally, embroidery machines (infrequently)
may destroy a garment. All orders are subject to 1% spoilage (or
1 piece at minimum), each placement is equivalent to 1 piece.
Q: Can you embroider sleeves?
With a large range of hoops and clamps we can embroidery nearly anything.
However, all specific locations are subject to an additional fee per
location (see pricelist.)
Q: What if my artwork has a lot of colors?
Our machines support up to 15 different color changes, however, for
any one design we will sew up to 12 different colors. Although
there is no additional cost per color used, we add $.50 per garment
if more than 4 different thread combinations are used in orders less
than 36 pieces.
Q: I need a specific color(s)...
We use Madeira polyneon thread and have a large selection of thread
in stock. We can also match your color request at $25 per thread
choice. You may also match your PMS colors using the charts
found here.
Q: Do you do specialty embroidery?
Yes, the following services are available:
- 3-D look (popular in hats). Foam is used to achieve this look and adds $ .50 for Left Chest and Hats; $ .75 for Full Front & Back.
- Solvy for stitch enhancement. Necessary on some garments such as sweaters, this material gives added clarity and distinction to the final result, and adds $ .30 per garment.
- Appliqué orders add $ .20 for each placement of appliqué in addition to the cost of appliqué material.
- Metallic Thread: this thread has a distinct metallic look to it. Use of metallic thread is dependent on garment materials and design, and adds 10% to all embroidery costs.

Yes, we currently support screen printers, promotions companies and
other embroidery companies. Contact us to see how we can help
you attract additional business and profit!
Q: What equipment do you use?
Known as the Cadillac of the embroidery machines, we only use Barudan
machines. Purchased since 2001, our machines are modern, well
maintained, and provide excellent quality.
